On March 31th, contemporary circus artists Polina and Nicola came from Ireland!

Both of them had wonderful ideas and incredible focus. However, their ways of expression were quite different.

Polina’s dance made great use of her physical strength. Of course, her delicate movements were also beautiful, but what stood out even more was her overwhelming physical power.

On the other hand, Nicola’s performance felt like something between dance and movement. It was an expression of her being right there in front of me, on the verge of doing something. It was more about presence than dance itself.

It was very interesting to see the difference in their expressions.
