If you cancel your reservation or arrive late, you will be charged the following fees regardless of the reason.

【Cancel】

7 to 4 days prior to the experience: 40% of the experience fee

3 to 2 days prior to the experience: 60% of the experience fee

The day before or on the day of the experience: 100% of the experience fee

In case of tardiness, if 30 minutes have passed since the start of the session, the reservation will be canceled.

【Late arrivals】

Late arrivals will be charged 100% of the fee.
